Leads and coordinates individual or group adult aerobics and physical fitness sessions for a specified health and fitness program. Develop new aerobics and fitness programs for various age groups, especially elderly population.
Able to supervise and instruct participants in proper movements to maximize workouts. CPR and First Aid Certification required. Access to vehicle with required liability insurance and valid driver’s license if working at multiple locations.
