Belly Dancing teaches a dance form of Middle Eastern origin that emphasizes the hips, torso, and abdominal muscles.
Body Sculpt (Beginner/Intermediate Level Workout) Dynamic fitness class primarily conducted in the weight room, guided by a certified fitness trainer. Focuses on strength training and muscle conditioning, incorporating various weightlifting machines and free weights.
Cardio Tone (Beginner/Intermediate Level Workout) This workout of low/non-impact strengthening class works with bands, physio balls and light weights. It is designed to improve cardiovascular endurance and muscle strength.
Latin Cardio combines Latin music with dance movements to create a high-intensity, fun, and effective aerobic workout. It's essentially a form of dance fitness that elevates your heart rate and burns calories while having fun.
Line Dancing is a choreographed dance class where a group of people perform a sequence of steps in unison, arranged in lines or rows.
Power Yoga (All Fitness Levels) A fast-paced, dynamic style of yoga that focuses on building strength and endurance through flowing sequences of poses.
Pure Strength (All Fitness Levels) Challenge yourself with circuit training, intervals, to tone and increase muscle endurance in a total body workout.
Salsa Aerobics Aerobics that incorporates the vibrant music and movements of salsa dancing. It blends the benefits of aerobic exercise with the fun of dance, making it a great way to burn calories, improve coordination, and enjoy a social activity.
SilverSneakers® Boom Mind A fusion of yoga and Pilates, designed to relax the body and mind while improving core strength, lower body strength, and balance. It's a class where participants focus on mind-body connection, flexibility, and overall well-being.
SilverSneakers® Classic (Beginner/Intermediate Level) Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activities for daily living. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a SilverSneakers ball are offered for resistance. A chair is available if needed for seated or standing support.
SilverSneakers® MUSCLE (All Fitness Levels) A strength and conditioning class that focuses on building muscle strength and endurance using athletic-based exercises inspired by popular sports. The class uses a variety of equipment and focuses on different muscle groups through muscle-conditioning blocks.
SilverSneakers® Yoga (Beginner/Intermediate Level) SilverSneakers® Yoga will move your whole body through a complete series of seated and standing yoga poses. Chair support is offered to safely perform a variety of seated and standing postures designed to increase flexibility, balance and range of movement. Restorative breathing exercises and final relaxation will promote stress reduction and mental clarity.
Strong Bodies It is designed to improve cardiovascular endurance and muscle strength, incorporating a mixture of cardio HIIT training and inspired strength and resistance training.
Yoga (All Fitness Levels) Increase your flexibility while decreasing your stress levels. It is designed to increase range of motion, to improve flexibility, balance and posture.
Yoga – Slow Flow An intentionally slower-paced class, aimed at helping both beginners and those who want to deepen their understanding of yoga. You'll stretch out holds in each pose for several breaths.
Zumba® (All Fitness Levels) These classes feature exotic rhythms set to high-energy Latin and international beats. Before you know it, you'll be getting fit and your energy levels will be soaring! It's easy to do, effective and totally exhilarating!
Zumba® Toning (All Fitness Levels) When it comes to body sculpting, Zumba® Toning raises the bar (or rather, the toning stick). It combines targeted body-sculpting exercises and high-energy cardio work with Latin-infused Zumba® moves to create a calorie-torching, strength-training dance fitness-party. Students learn how to use lightweight dumbbells to enhance rhythm and tone all their target zones, including arms, abs, glutes and thighs.

Aqua Aerobics (All Levels) fitness class is designed to increase endurance & strength with emphasis on total body & cardiovascular activity.
Aquacise (Beginner/Intermediate Level Workout) Low to intermediate intensity, full body activity offering range of motion, muscular endurance, toning, and balance.
Easy Does It (Beginners) Provides low intensity, non-weight bearing exercise that emphasizes stretching, range of motion and improved mobility in joints.
Power Hour (Intermediate/Advanced Level Workout) A high impact, advanced water fitness class designed to increase endurance & strength with emphasis on total body & cardiovascular activity.
Water Volleyball (All Levels) Want some fun in your day? Play recreational water volleyball for some casual water exercise! This is not a competitive sport group! We play for laughs!

All Stars (7-12years) dance class focusing on the energetic and expressive movement style of hip-hop dance.
Balanced Bodies - is a dynamic and engaging class that combines physical activity, creative expression, and social interaction to promote overall wellness in children. This two-hour session is structured to provide a balanced experience, helping children to develop physical skills, creativity, and teamwork while having fun!
Jazz Dance An upbeat class using a variety of musical styles in order to perform movement based on body part isolation, sequential movement, turns and jumps, culminating in a longer dance combination.
Martial Arts (5 years old & up)- Builds confidence and teaches discipline in a fun, safe environment. Children gain strength, endurance and flexibility while learning self-defense.
Shooting Stars (7-12years) a dance class focused on the principles and techniques of ballet, a theatrical dance form that utilizes precise movements and body alignment to express stories, emotions, or ideas. Ballet classes involve structured exercises, both at the barre and in the center of the studio, to build strength, flexibility, and technique.
Tumbling (4 years old & up) Tumbling classes focus on skills and do activities that develop youth coordination, balance and agility. Perfect for those who want to prepare for gymnastic training.
Twinkle Little Stars (3-6 years) a dance class focused on the principles and techniques of ballet, a theatrical dance form that utilizes precise movements and body alignment to express stories, emotions, or ideas. Ballet classes involve structured exercises, both at the barre and in the center of the studio, to build strength, flexibility, and technique.
YW Functional Fitness – This dynamic class incorporates wall climbing, exercise balls, bands, and weights to help you increase your coordination, flexibility, and balance.
