We are so excited to feature Ginger on a YWCA Courageous Conversation! Her story is exciting and inspirational and we can’t wait to share it with you.

Ginger has had an impressive career at NASA, where she was the first female Hispanic Flight Director in the agency’s history. She is currently the Deputy Director of Johnson Space Center’s Exploration Integration and Science Directorate. where she provides direction to more than 400 civil servants and contractors to enable human and robotic exploration missions to the moon, cis-lunar space, and to develop/demonstrate capabilities for human missions to Mars.
