Early childhood education and after school care are key to both a child’s success and a family’s success. YWCA provides various subsidies, scholarships, and other forms of assistance for families in need of childcare.
YWCA has received a grant from the City of El Paso American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funding to provide free childcare to qualifying families who live in the El Paso city limits and have a household income 300% of the federal poverty guidelines for El Paso County or less.
