The program is funded by the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and is designed to benefit low- and moderate-income families, specifically targeting children who are homeless or at risk of homelessness.

Documentation may include lease, utility bill, or written verification from a shelter or agency.

Complete income certification form listing all household members and sources of income.
Provide supporting documentation (pay stubs, benefit letters, etc.).
