To enroll:

1.      Fill out the enrollment form. Returning families must complete a new form each school year.

2.      You may send your completed enrollment packet to directors’ email address or deliver it in person to the directors at their designated YWCA branch.

3.      All completed enrollment packets must be submitted by noon on the day the child is to begin participation in the After School Program. Students whose enrollment packets are turned in after 12 pm may begin attending the After School Program the next day.

4.      Students must be re-enrolled each school year.
